Dutch mahogany drop-front desk from the late 18th century (ca. 1770–1790) in a Louis XVI antique style, with 8 interior drawers, a front flap with olive-green leather, gilded brass fittings, two working keys, and dimensions H 109 cm, W 95–104 cm, D 50–54 cm, weighing about 60 kg.

Holland mahogany desk, 18th century, transition period.
8 drawers in the interior and a small cellar with a sliding hatch that is locked with a (originally) wooden lock.
Continuous and quite annoying mahogany veneer (on oak), also on the sides.
Cast and gilded brass fittings on the drawers, lid, and door. Locks and keys (2) working.
Clasp inlaid with olive green leather.
Furniture of very good quality and in sublime condition, ready to use immediately. The fittings, including screws and locks, are all original, with an initial patina.
Hollands circa 1770-1790

H = 109 cm. (height - 80 cm. top of the flap)
B= 95-104 cm (minimum - maximum size)
D= 50-54 cm. (Klep open 84 cm.)
Recently thoroughly checked for loose parts of the construction and veneer.
