HABASWEIN, Kenya: 3 g Clover‑shape pallasite pendant, 100% translucent pallasite, from Habaswein region in Kenya, with certificates of authenticity and jewelry case.
Description from the seller
In this lot, we are auctioning a beautiful meteorite pendant of the Pallasite type, first found in Kenya in 2016. It is a four-leaf clover-shaped pendant featuring beautiful translucent olivines and its iron-nickel metallic matrix etched with nitric acid, allowing the spectacular structure to be visible.
Since it is a natural jewelry piece, the photos are for illustrative purposes only; each one is unique, exclusive, and unrepeatable. The meteorite is covered with a natural resin to prevent oxidation, allowing it to be worn daily or get wet without any issues.
Pallasites like this one are very rare meteorites that contain olivines embedded in a metallic matrix. They originate from the mantle of large asteroids and account for only 1.7% of known meteorites.
If you want to give an exclusive and unique gift, this is the opportunity. It includes certificates of authenticity and a jewelry case.
We are members of the leading international associations related to meteorites, so we guarantee the authenticity of all our meteorites and jewelry made from this material for life. Shop with confidence.
