Good condition. There is an ex-libris on the back of the cover near the front. The cover shows signs of rubbing, some discoloration of the leather in places, small knocks, minor stains, a few tears and small missing parts, and small splits at the headband. The leather slightly disintegrates at the opening and handling of the book, which causes a slight blackish deposit. There are some visible gaps at the hinge, with small tears, but the book remains intact. The pages show some signs of sunning and pinpricks at the tail edge. We do not note any other significant defects (see photos).
