i am sorry to hear that the parcel came damaged to you. While i was packaging the items the doors were o.k.. from 1 item the doors were loose and i put them in the package, but the were absolutely not broken. i shipped 2 simular items to Spain and everything was ok. Also send the station Bonn to Spain and that also went without problems. other parcels to France and Belgium had no problems. In the advertisement was clearly written that i will take no responsibilaty for any damage in transport. the items are so fragile. that will not mean that i dont want to offer you some compensation.
what can i do to make you get a better feeling about your purchase.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
