Authentic Medieval bronze openwork pendant, most likely belonging to the Byzantine cultural sphere, dating approximately to the 11th–13th century AD. The pendant features an intricate openwork geometric and cross-like design with rounded lobed projections and an integral suspension loop. Objects of this type were commonly worn as personal devotional or protective amulets throughout the Byzantine and early medieval world. The surface displays a stable dark-green to brown aged patina, with wear and irregularities consistent with long-term burial and antiquity.
