Enrique loves improvising and testing different contemporary styles on different materials, such as canvas, paper, wood, leather and suede.

In his own words:
"The dynamics of my creative process always begin with total improvisation. For me, each work is not only an artistic evidence; it represents the journey of life from past experiences toward future projection. It is a journey beyond the conscious and the unconscious. I am inspired by primitive and Aboriginal art, the origins of different cultures, as well as by modern and contemporary art. Every piece of my art has a very uneven style, created with a unique combination of different mediums, colors and figures."
