This lot consists of a collection of approximately 30 vintage Japanese postcards dating from the pre-war and wartime periods. The collection includes a variety of subjects, such as Dalian (Dairen), Manchuria, scenic landscapes, architecture, temples, public buildings, cultural events, and everyday life. Several postcards appear to depict locations in former Japanese-occupied territories, making this an interesting historical collection for collectors of Asian ephemera and vintage postcards. The postcards are offered as found and have not been sorted individually. They show typical age-related wear, including yellowing, stains, dirt, foxing, creases, edge wear, and other imperfections consistent with long-term storage. Method of Shipment FedEx or Japan Post NOTICE The lot will be carefully packaged and shipped by FedEx or Japan Post. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. Heavy items may be shipped by sea, which may take 1 to 2 months to arrive. The shipping method may vary depending on the item price and size. Sometimes Customs or the delivery company in your country may contact you by phone or email for clearance. Please make sure you are available to respond.
