Illustrated throughout with hundreds of black-and-white photos - many of them not printed anywhere else and comparatively unknown. A unique historical document.

Condition: the cover of volume 1 is marked on the outside with pencil, note in pencil on the endpaper. The pages on the inside have yellowed, otherwise, clean and complete. The spine of volume 2 is a little damaged at the top, otherwise, in a good condition.
