Vintage flute glasses in mouth-blown molten crystal with a decorated base with splendid grinding at the base, Empire style workmanship. possibly Baccarat or St. Louis. The geometric details on the square base are an example of French crystal's ability to create extraordinary shapes. The slim silhouette and architectural contours give the glasses a multifaceted beauty that refracts light in a way that is almost as intoxicating as a good drink. In good condition with wear and tear of the time as they are vintage they have some small flaws at the base of some chalices and some chips produced during the long life of the objects which should not frighten but guarantee their authenticity.
