Jizai Okimono were elaborate metal figures (toys) that were popular in the past by aristocrats.

Dragon, snake, bird, lobster, shrimp, crab and butterfly are some of the animals that can be found as metal figures. They were made not only to create something realistic but also their body segments and joints to move as they are alive.

Very good condition, there could be minor signs of wear from age and normal use, scratches, marks, stains, patina; please, take a look at pictures for actual condition.
