The BeoGram 2200 from 1979 is a Jacob Jensen design, and stands out because of its sloping dust cover and operation on the front, directly accessible without having to open the dust cover.
All mechanical and electronic points of attention are okay now, and the player plays as if it comes new from the factory. The lights in the keyboard are new, these often break or are broken.
The dust cover is polished and looks beautiful, is completely removable, not hinged, the latter are becoming increasingly scarce! The cartridge is an MMC 4000, which is better than the standard included MMC20E cartridge, because the MMC 4000 features a “NAKED” diamond tip, sounds better and lasts longer.
Including manual and DIN/cinch adapter cable, modified with double grounding.
The player is serviced by Beovintage, so is supplied with a 3-month warranty, the needle is excluded of course.
