Famous book about the Kürstin Putch, written in 1928 by the leader of the putch. He commented on the Black Reichswehr.
This book was dedicated to his brother Walther! Buchrucker wrote a little word and signed with his middle name 'Ernst' (he used this name rather than 'Bruno').
The Küstrin Putsch on 1 October 1923, also known as the Buchrucker Putsch, was a reaction to the 26 September 1923 quelling of resistance by the German government to the occupation of the Ruhr region. Led by Bruno Ernst Buchrucker, groups of the Black Reichswehr wanted to bring down the Reich government of Chancellor Gustav Stresemann and replace the parliamentarian-democratic Republic with a national dictatorship. Buchrucker and other officers were arrested and sentenced for high treason to imprisonment in a fortress or prison, however Buchrucker was later given amnesty.
