Beautiful Temple Bell in bronze, from Bagan (Burma). It has a metal leaf in which the wind would blow to make a sound.
26 cm high including the leaf, 8 cm without the leaf, 6.8 cm of diameter for a weight of 291 grams.
Middle of the 20th century.
It is sold with a custom-made stand in steel.
These bells were and are still used and produced throughout Burma.
Good condition, but it bears the traces of its age and use, it also presents traces of yellow paint, applied a long time ago, have a look at the pictures.
CAUTION, the pictures were taken with artificial lighting, the bell is naturally darker (have a look at picture 1).
It will be carefully packaged and sent by insured mail with track & trace via Bpost.
