A lovely and large antique Chinese Shiwan Stoneware sculpture, to be used as stick holders on the scholars table, depicting seated large bird holding a brocade ring with Ribbons. Executed in a nice polychrome Turqouise, blue and brown and white enamels. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China, Nanfeng kilns in the Shiwan province, during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi to Qianlong period (ca. 1700-1750). On the bottom a nicely sculpted base, showing age and material. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Height: 19,4 centimeter
Condition: The object is in overall good/fair condition, small restored defects.
