The front depicts a traditional Japanese biwa (琵琶) instrument with elegant wave motifs, while the reverse reads: 1983年 創立20周年記念 (20th Anniversary) Min-On 財団法人 民主音楽協会 (Min-On Music Association) The medal is finished in a bright gold tone and comes housed in its original blue velvet presentation case. Condition is very good, with only minor signs of age. The case shows light wear from long-term storage.
