A lovely rare and important antique Chinese porcelain pouring vessel with a central decoration of abundant peonies and artemisia leafs in a landscape, executed in a nice underglaze cobalt blue and white. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical and floral patterns.
Made for the Dutch marked in the golden ages, sprout and handle magnetically formed and flanked with 8 artemisia leafs excellently potted with bulbous rings and body.
Handcrafted in ancient China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (ca. 1690). Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Length: 16,8 centimeter (sprout to ear).
Condition: The object is in very good condition, glaze fritting, one mouse bite, without any hairlines or restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
