Résumé assisté par IA

Description fournie par le vendeur

This is a red agate seal bead from the Sasanian Dynasty (Second Persian Empire, c. 224-651 AD), a very typical cultural relic from the ancient Silk Road.

Material: The main body is red agate, with a warm and translucent texture and uniform color, one of the most commonly used materials for ancient seals.

Shape: This is a replica of an oval, flat seal bead with a through-hole, allowing it to be used as a seal or worn with a cord, combining practicality and decoration.

Craftsmanship: The seal face uses the intaglio technique, where the engraved pattern is reversed, creating a positive relief effect when stamped on clay.

In Sasanian culture, the ram symbolizes royalty, power, and fertility; ram horns were often used in the design of the king's crown, making it an animal with sacred attributes.

The composition of two rams standing opposite each other is common in Sasanian art, representing protection, harmony, and good fortune, and may also be related to Zoroastrian beliefs.

Dimensions: 35*27*13mm
