Here are some notes from Daiwa Shinagawa (current owner of Kyoto Hanga-in,2014) regarding the woodblocks and their survival (or not)
He is quite clear in his explanation that all the blocks held by Nishinomiya were "comletely"destroyed in air-raid circa 1945.

1898 (Meiji 31), he was born in Nakagawa Ogawa, Kyoto, as the eldest son of Nakamura Ankichi, who works in dyeing. His younger brother, Michitaro Nakamura, is also a Japanese painter.
1911 (Meiji 44), entered the Department of Painting, Kyoto City Arts and Crafts School.
1918 (Taisho 7), in October, she won the first prize of "Confession" at the 12th mon exhibition.
1920 (Taisho 9), "Shizuka Muka" became a special winning at the 2nd Emperor Exhibition.
