Original sea-ship flag, large size of approx. 220 cm x 135 cm,
with the heraldic emblem in the middle, representing in four parts the coats of arms of the Maritime Republics (Venice, Pisa, Genoa, Amalfi) and surmounted by a turreted and spiked crown.
The approximate date is certainly after 1947 because from that date the new coat of arms was established, making some changes to the previous one from the fascist period.
Made in hemp, with triple stitching on the perimeter.
In very good condition as shown in the photos that are to be considered an integral part of the description and complete it as a demonstration of the real conditions of the item at auction.
Accurate packaging and trackable shipping. For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties or charges will be at buyer’s charge.
