Ermanno Barovero was born in Turin in 1956. After getting his high school diploma in 1974, he finished his studies in 1978 at the Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti di Torino, where today he teaches Engraving Techniques.
He began his exhibition activity in 1975. In 1978 he won the “Giacomo Grosso e Felice Casorati” prize of Cassa di Risparmio di Torino, and the “Virgilio d’Argento” at the “Lubiam” prize of Sabbianeta.
Beautiful etching, aquatint and carborundum work, printed in Serighelli’s Arte3 workshop.
