The Donald Duck camera was made by the Herbert George Company from Chicago Illinois and was released by Walt Disney Productions in 1946. It was made of a shock-absorbent Bakelite plastic with a built-in viewfinder on top of the camera. It could take 12 pictures, size 1 5/8 x 1 5/8 inch, with a No 127 colour or black-and-white film roll. The camera has a fixed focus lens and a basic shutter. This was the first camera patented by George l. Isreal in 1946. The back features a unique relief artwork of the Disney characters, Donald Duck and his nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie.
Both the camera and the box with regular signs of wear fitting the age. (See all pictures for the details)
