This is the original preliminary sketch of a final painting titled Donald Duck inspired by the "Equestrian Portrait of the Count-Duke of Olivares", painted by Velázquez around the year 1636.
This free-hand artwork was created with pencil and ink on a tracing paper by Disney artist Tony Fernandez, one of the best and most acclaimed Disney artists living in Europe who has been working for more than 20 years for Disney Studios.
