He first learned from Tsutsumi Tou Rin(堤等琳) and called him Akirin, but later became a disciple of Shunei, and after the New Year in the Bunka 3 period (1806), he called himself Shunsen(春扇). From culture to literary era, he draws beauty paintings, actor paintings, and landscape paintings. From around the Bunsei 3 period (1820), he use artname the Haruyoshi II. It is said that he moved to Shibajinmeicho in his later years and took a painte for pottery.
