Dedicated to Basdeo "Dicky" Ramsarran, who worked at the distillery for 20 years, this small batch of six casks entirely aged in Trinidad and Tobago is one of the youngest vintages from this legendary distillery that closed in 2002. With an almost angelic share of 80%, this expression strives to convey the empireumatic style so characteristic of Caroni in every way, from the aromas to the flavors. However, avoiding caricature at all costs, it is also very exotic (mango), chocolatey, spicy, floral, and fruity (raspberry). For those with a passion for long-distance travel, it transports us to the banks of the Ciron to admire the botrytized vineyards of Sauternes.
