The following instrument, 1/2 violin was made in the former Czechoslovakia in the beginning of the 20th century. The neck was re-glued by Ruben van der Kleij in 2024 and the lacquer was retouched. The original wooden case is included.

The two-piece top is made of fine spruce. The side, back and neck are made of maple. The purfling is made of ebony and maple.
The instrument is stringed with Pirastro strings
