Up for sale is my beautiful Sansui Valve driven stereo receiver. She even has the sansui green eye. Beautiful.

She has been cleaned and tested and sounds amazing . A slight cracle on the volume pot but wow. Everything you expect from legendary sansui valve equipment.

She has some signs of use. Please see detailed pictures for scuffs what you see is what you will receive. Please note that valve equipment must have the speakers connected before you switch her on. VERY IMPORTANT. also know that vintage electronic goods are not guaranteed as they will require qualified audio technicians to service and care for her.

Similar to the Sansui Model 250 in size, looks and performance characteristics, this model features an additional radio band in place of a multiplex circuit.

It is ideal for places where stereo broadcasting facilities are not available.

In addition to regular AM and FM bands, the 220 offers worldwide radio pick-up capabilities with a shortwave band frequency range from 3.5 to 10 MHz.

Compact with 12 tubes, two transistors and six diodes, special FM AFC control for stable FM reception, tape monitor, mode, loudness and noise filter controls.

The 220 has also been provided with a multiplex terminal for fast and convenient connection with a multiplex adaptor if desired.
