Due to its morphology, it should belong to an small-medium sized predator theropod dinosaur. It is very difficult to arrive at a precise taxonomic assignment and ID when only one isolated claw is available. Be that as it may, its a jewel worthy of the most exquisite collectors. Its morphology does not match any of the officially described theropods from Niger. Although its morphology is reminiscent of some small theropods of the family Alvarezsauridae, a precise taxonomic assignment cannot be made until there is more literature to compare with, as well as new future discoveries.
