AD 618-907 This charming pottery figure represents a female attendant, standing upright on a flat rectangular base. She wears a long robe that falls to the ground, with traces of green and pink pigment still visible on the skirt and blouse. Her hair is pulled up, and her facial features are softly modelled, with narrow eyes and a slight smile. She holds a small spherical vessel in her right hand, while the left is raised to her chest in a respectful gesture.This piece has been precisely dated using a Thermo Luminescence analysis carried out by Ralf Kotalla.
