Rare and complete book about as the undertitle said " Eroticism in Meiji, Taisho and Showa Era in Japan "
The book is written by an American John Stevens ( 1947-2025 , just died in July), was a Professor of Bouddhism study and also of US Aïkido.
The book, is written in English and Japanese , so easier to understand Shunga Art , all the plates with explanation, a complete index at the end.
You find the great masters like Hokusai or Izumo ( The couple in the sea), Koji Fukiya ( Taisho Era) and more recent Taisho-Showa Era, Sentaro Iwata, Shohachi Kimura or Ikuzo Ito
Plenty of plates are very few known anf that's interessant.

More large than high, 26,5 x 19,5, 153 pages pagined, only 300 copies ( N° 32) with jacket and Obi , these are a bit worn with small scratches on the edges, folds and small yellow stains inside ( no visible), The book stayed excellent.
