I've received my order but I no longer want it. What should I do?

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the lot, without stating a reason.

This right only applies when you reside within a country in the European Economic Area and the seller is a professional seller (indicated by the 'Pro' icon beside the username). Certain products and services are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including but not limited to gold, diamonds, bullion and products that spoil quickly or have a limited use by date.

If the seller is a professional retailer, you are entitled to a 14 day period to consider your purchase. If you decide to forgo the transaction, you will need to notify the seller and Catawiki within these 14 days via this form, and return your lot.

Please note that purchases from private sellers are binding and cannot be revoked under this right. All auction bids are binding.

If you return your lot, you are required to pay the shipping costs yourself; including, for example, the costs of special transport for larger lots. You will also be required to refund reasonable costs for (partial/temporary) usage of your lot.
