A wine obtained from a selection of the Pietrabona vineyard of the Isola del Giglio. White color is an Ansonica in purity: produced in only 900 bottles, it is considered one of the best white wines produced in Italy.
From the beginning, Bibi Graetz had noticed that some barrels from this vineyard had an extra quid. Hence the decision to make a new wine: White color. A golden yellow that shines in the glass like the sun on the island of Giglio, the nose releases captivating hints of orange blossom and broom, ripe fruit, yellow peach, sweet almond paste, iodine and brackish notes, with touches of almond. In the mouth it is fresh and on the lips there is a pleasant sensation of flavor.
The sip slips into your mouth and doesn't seem to want to go in spite of what you might think.
