After touring each other's studios and workshops, Yoshitomo Nara and Graph felt they shared the same sensibility. This shared on-site intuition sparked the creation of the precious production documents for the “S.M.L.” exhibition. Graph crafted the vital “environment” where things are born, and Nara's works created during his residency there, along with the environment itself, became the exhibition. 280 pages that fully convey the intersecting spirits of both artists within the sparkling traces of time! Its charm lies in its raw, textured cover and spine left unfinished with exposed glue—a book that feels like the very essence of its form.
