Historical Pre-War Zeiss Ikon Bob 510 Folding Camera | Nettar-Anastigmat 75mm f/6.3 | Medium Format 6x4.5 Presenting a storied piece of early twentieth-century German photographic engineering: the Zeiss Ikon Bob 510. Designed for 6x4.5 format on standard 120 roll film, this folding camera represents the enduring build quality and refined industrial design of Dresden's golden era. Owning and operating this classic instrument is an immersive journey into photographic tradition. The satisfying mechanical feedback of the leaf shutter, the compact elegance of the folding bed, and the deliberate process of composition transform photography into a mindful, artistic ritual. The Nettar-Anastigmat 75mm f/6.3 offers distinctive optical qualities, providing your images with classic depth, gentle contrast, and nostalgic character that can never be replicated by modern sensors. It serves as both a functional vintage medium format tool and a distinguished showcase piece steeped in authentic heritage. The camera operates properly through all manual settings. Shutter speeds adjust across the full range with responsive mechanical feedback, though lab calibration has not been performed. Cosmetically, the body exhibits authentic patina, including light scuffs, minor depressions, edge wear, and small chips to the original leatherette. The folding bellows demonstrate age wear but have been checked to ensure they are free of pinholes or light leaks. The folding finder latch is gentle, and optical components show age-appropriate haze in the viewfinder alongside light haze and typical dust in the taking lens. The film door light seals have been professionally renewed with fresh material. * Release Year: Circa 1934 * Manufacturer: Zeiss Ikon * Model: Bob 510 * Dimensions: Approximately 11.9 cm x 9.2 cm x 4.4 cm (folded, body only) * Weight: Approximately 408 g (body only) * Type: 6x4.5 Medium Format Folding Camera (120 roll film) * Lens Mount: Fixed lens (non-interchangeable) * Shutter: Mechanical leaf shutter * Shutterspeed: B, T, 1/25 to 1/125 sec * Film Advance: Manual knob-wind system * Operation: All functions run properly.
