On 22nd January 1973, in Kingston, Jamaica, George Foreman challenged world heavyweight champion Joe Frazier (who had just beaten Muhammad Ali by causing his first defeat). The fight began and Foreman sent Frazier to the mat less than a minute after the start of the match; Frazier returned to the ground five more times and the referee stopped the fight in the second round!

The following year, after two defending title wins, Foreman faced Muhammad Ali for the fight of the century in Kinshasa (The rumble in the jungle) organised by the famous Don King. Muhammad Ali ended George Foreman's 40-fight 40-game winning streak.
