Charlotte Parenteau-Denoël is one of the two co-founders of the ‘Canned’ project.
The ‘Canned’ project
The ‘Canned’ project is the result of the alliance of two French artists, Charlotte Parenteau-Denoël and Mofart’z. They use different media (photography, silkscreen printing, sculpture and painting).
Their common will is to distort the codes and symbols of the society of over-industrialisation and over-consumption to make fun of them. Their sources of inspiration are drawn from everyday life and from different artistic currents; pop art (Andy Warhol), street art (Banksy, Blek le Rat, Obey)...
Their works are exhibited in several French galleries and also in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and USA...
