In 1986-87, the idea of a Dali Museum for Japan was launched following the inauguration of the collection of a Japanese industrialist. The sketch is presented to Dali, who gives his approval. Unfortunately, the Qatar diplomatic crisis of 1990 prevented the museum to be built.
