This is the first book edition of this often republished work on the structure and functions of the human body, enlivened with superb colourd lithographs each of which has opening flaps to reveal the tissues or organs beneath.
It is excellent to find this lovely flap book in its original publisher's binding with all plates and all flaps present and working. Some scattered and light occasional foxing but a great copy of a collectible book.
