Pince-nez type eyeglasses for members of the Imperial German Air Force (Luftstreitkräfte). As strange as it may seem, some WWI german pilots managed to become aces despite wearing eyeglasses: Walter Kypke left (9 victories), Otto Kissenberth (20 victories), Kurt Wintgens right (19 victories). The glasses are in excellent condition. No scratches or chips on the lenses. The "Fits-U" mechanism of the nose-rests works perfectly. The inscription on the bottom of the case (probably the manufacturer) has been scratched off. 95 x 32 cm, 110 x 43 (the case) Will be carefully packaged and shipped with Track & Trace. #WWIMemorialCollection
