The pseudonym is Suigetsu-an,Shinensai. Studied under Morikawa Sobun of the Shijo School. Awarded prizes at the National Industrial Exhibition and Bunten and other exhibitions. Studied at the Kyoto Municipal School of Arts and Crafts. Died in 1919 at the age of 56.
