Due to their stylish Hollywood Regency appearance, these Mid Century lamps from Herda have been rediscovered and are currently very popular. The warm brushed and shiny polished brass armature, with some light patina, is complemented with the matching cream and gold colored Victorian lamp cover, which is in a perfect condition. Herda Verlichting BV (1946 - 1997) was a Dutch lighting factory founded by the Daniels brothers in 1946, with its main location in Amsterdam and a second branch in Tilburg. Herda worked with some well-known Dutch designers from the studio in Amsterdam, including some top designers like Willem van Oyen.
