GAMA Clockwork Tank – Germany, ca. late 1930s–early 1950s
Tinplate clockwork tank by GAMA, finished in dark green lithography with printed detailing, tools, and twin front-mounted machine guns. Firing mechanism still functions. The turret rotates, and the tank is powered by a spring-driven motor operated by a wind-up key.
Includes a non-original Meccano key (U.K.), a GAMA “Montage Tank” box from a different but related model, and a German-language instruction sheet (“Gebrauchs-Anweisung”), also from another GAMA tank version. A small plastic driver figure (later addition) is also present.
