Known for their high quality tableware that still exists till nowadays WMF was a German company that became the world's largest producer and exporter of household metalware around 1900, specializing in the Jugendstil, or Art Nouveau style.
The company's Art Nouveau designs were created under the direction of sculptor and designer Albert Mayer.
The vases ore 31 cm of height and. are decorated with a laurel leaf design around the neck and base, as well as a feathered laurel leaf design on the handles.
