75cl - 5 bottles - 7,5%alc
This beer is brewed and bottled by Cantillon in Belgium
Saint-Lamvinus 2023
1 bottle - 7,5%alc
A blend of Lambic grapes with an average age of 16 to 18 months and Merlot grapes.
This latest blend, bottled in November 2022, was exceptionally crafted with Merlot (55%), Grenache Noir (35%), and Syrah (10%) grapes.
Lambic is rightly considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer. With its grapes destined for wine production, Saint Lamvinus will only strengthen this bond.
A beer with an intense fruit flavor and a beautiful, lingering finish that recalls its shared origins with wine.
Vigneronne 2024
1 bottle - 7,5%alc
A blend of Lambic with an average age of 16 to 18 months and organic Viognier grapes.
The Viognier grapes make this Vigneronne a delicate and very refreshing beer. Thanks to the fructose in the grapes, it is slightly less acidic than Cantillon's other beers.
Ashantie 2024
1 bottle - 5,5%alc
This is Zwanze 2022's little sister, Lambic with Gorilla Pepper.
Same recipe, same pepper, but slightly more focused on the lambic flavor compared to the first blend.
The spicy, fruity, and naturally peppery flavor is still very present and harmonizes perfectly with the natural strength of the Cantillon Lambic.
Lou Pepe Gueuze 2020
1 bottle - 5% alc
A blend of two-year-old Lambics selected for their character and fine flavor.
Lou Pepe is a Gueuze made with Lambics that have matured longer in barrels, giving the beer greater character and elegance.
SangBleu 2023
1 bottle - 6%alc
A blend of Lambic and blue honeysuckle berries (or haskap berries).
For two years now, we've been producing a small batch of Lambic made with maceration of camerises, a small fruit with a slightly sweet flavor and lovely acidic notes.
Since the fruit of the blue honeysuckle berry produces a blood-red beer, the new name for this beer was obvious: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has once again spoiled us with a beautiful label for this new product.
