Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration — a hallmark of Beaujolais winemaking — to enhance fruit purity and silkiness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled concrete vats, followed by short aging to preserve freshness and typicity. Aging Aged for several months in concrete and stainless steel, allowing the wine to retain its vibrant red fruit character and delicate floral aromas.
