A beautifully preserved, high-end quality Belle Époque stained-glass panel with geometric Jugendstil influences. All glass pieces are original, set in traditional lead cames and showing that characteristic texture and warmth found only in early 1900s workmanship.

Historical context:

Around 1900–1910, stained glass became a defining decorative element in Dutch Art Nouveau architecture. The geometric compositions of this period show the transition from the flowing curves of early Jugendstil to the more linear forms that later influenced Dutch modernism and the Amsterdam School.
