A very rare and collectible telephone card set issued by WestLB (Westdeutsche Landesbank) in Germany, early 1990s.
This limited-edition release contains several 6 DM phone cards featuring an astronaut playing basketball on the moon, hockey , football, accompanied by the slogans:
“So weltoffen wie Ihr Unternehmen”
“So stark wie Ihre Ideen”
“So engagiert wie Ihre Aktivitäten”
Each card was produced with a limited print run of only 4,000 copies, and this set includes all original pieces in mint, unused condition, housed in the original WestLB presentation folder.
Extra item included:
An additional Zeppelin-themed telephone card, not originally part of the WestLB issue — a nice bonus for collectors of German telephone and aviation-themed cards.
