Porcelain - China - Kangxi (1662-1722)

A Kangxi period blue‑and‑white porcelain brush pot / censer / incense burner with a wooden cover and carved stand, original and in good condition, measuring a 13.3 cm diameter pot (12.8 cm high) and 18.5 cm overall height, decorated with scholarly objects, furniture, flowers and auspicious motifs within geometric borders, with an old crack on the cover, a very good stand, and minor enamel nicks and frits to the pot’s bottom rim, a tiny flea bite to the top rim, glaze lines to the base and a firing line on the interior bottom.
