Antique ornamental tile, the so‑called pompadour tile, made of earthenware in the Netherlands, dating to around 1600–1650; in good condition with minor signs of wear and some staining; measurements 13.4 cm square and 1.5 cm deep; there is a chip along the lower edge and a few glazed pits repaired, with a beautiful glaze.
