This lot features two collectible Japanese pressings from Quiet Riot, one of the most successful American heavy metal bands of the 1980s.

Released in 1983, Metal Health became the first heavy metal album to reach No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart and played a major role in bringing heavy metal into the mainstream. The album includes the classic anthem “Metal Health (Bang Your Head),” the hit “Cum On Feel The Noize,” and fan favorites such as “Slick Black Cadillac” and “Thunderbird.”

Live Riot, released in 1984 as part of the Hard N Heavy series, captures the band's explosive live energy with powerful live performances of some of their best-known songs.

Together, these two releases perfectly document Quiet Riot at the height of their popularity and are an excellent addition to any 1980s hard rock or heavy metal collection.

Both Japanese pressings come complete with their original obi strips and inserts, making this a highly desirable collector's set.
