Very good condition, signed.

Authentic Japanese WW2 officer katana (Type 98) "Shin gunto". The blade was forged by gendai smith Minamoto Yoshiharu in 1943 (dated) and signed "Yoshiharu" (tachi mei). The blade has original full polish and shows minor fine scratches and stains, but no rust, no nick, no bend and cutting edge is sharp. "Suguha" hamon with deep "o-maru" temper at the point. " Motogasane ": 7 mm," motohaba ": 3.2 cm, length 66.5 cm, total length" nagasa ": in koshirae: 98 cm. The koshirae has minor wear and no flaws, lock mechanism works fine.Tsuba, fuchi, tsuka and seppa's are numbered (136). The sword is in very good and complete state.Will be sent insured (Switzerland, Russia and China excluded).
